Any Transfers That You Wish To Make MUST Be Created As A Topic In "Pending Transfers" A Mod Or Admin Will Then Complete The Transfer And Move It To "Completed Transfers." There Are No Limits To The Amount Of Transfers However It May Take A While For An Admin Or Mod To Complete The Transfer But Aslong As The Deal Has Been Agreed By Both Managers In The Topic You May Still Play The Player In League Games Even Though He Is Not On Your Team List.
